Whether you are a new or seasoned yoga practitioner, this workshop will share with you the essentials of Kundalini Yoga. These foundations will ground you and allow you to experience the most benefits from your class or at home practice.
In this workshop, you will be guided to:
Expand your capacity and understanding of the breath
Learn breath techniques for decreasing stress and calming your mind
Experience how to correctly use the bhandas (locks) to consciously direct your energy
Discover how to use both breath and bhandas together in asana (postures) to experience the most powerful and transformational effects
Feel more connected to your body and how to use its more subtle features to enhance your life
This workshop is for you if:
You are new to yoga or Kundalini Yoga
You are returning to your practice after a break
You are an experienced practitioner who would like to return to the basics and experience with beginner's mind and heart
Join us for 2.5 hours to feel good in your body, to discover techniques that support your energy and vitality, and to be in a powerful community practice together.
