An Introduction to Celestial Communication
Sometimes called the most fun form of meditation, the most beautiful and graceful, or the most synchronously energizing and calming, Celestial Communication is a moving meditation of the arms and hands with mantras and sacred songs.
It’s an embodied form of kirtan and sound healing, where your body becomes the instrument, playing the devotional music. You can sing along or breathe with the movement, eyes open or closed. You can sit in a chair, on the floor, or stand. There are many ways to practice this creative expression of the soul through the body.
Celestial Communication brings you into full presence and awareness with minimal effort. It's so effective because it fully engages your body, mind and spirit simultaneously, allowing you to flow into a meditative state so you can access your wholeness, your innocence and your creativity.
Celestial Communication is ultimately a vibrational dance between emotions and energy, using music, movement, and mantra. The music allows you to connect with your emotions, the movement then moves the emotions through your body, and the mantra frees you from the activation, bringing you into deeper reverence and emotional healing.
In this 2-hour playful and meditative workshop, you will be guided to:
Deepen your power of receptivity and listening
Attune to your senses and energy field
Regulate your nervous system through rhythm and synchronization with the group
Discover a new expression and “dance” through your body
Release tension and open the channel of communication with your true self
