This is a class I’ve created for you to access divine confidence through mantra and Celestial Communication. The vibrational power of these mantras with empowering movements are designed to help you remember who you really are, your innate value, and worthiness of existence.
Life events and challenges can shake up your confidence, especially when you move through “failures” or endings and that can leave you feeling low in your self-belief and self-trust.
Family and societal thought patterns that we’ve internalized can leave you asking, “Am I good enough?” or “Can I be liked for being who I truly am?”
Comparing yourself to others is also a dead-end road, because you are assessing yourself against someone else’s purpose and destiny, rather than your own.
When the roots of your sense of Self and worthiness are weak, you are in a constant state of up and down in how you feel about yourself, based on external validation. When you are focused on being nice, good, or liked, you are not living your integrity and are never going to feel truly good and trusting of yourself.
